Failure to complete or maintain KYC verification may result in account restrictions, suspension, or termination.

  • Transaction processing via third-party payment processors

  • Account and transaction management tools

SureTrustPay does not operate as a bank or financial institution and does not hold customer funds directly unless required by law.

5. Third-Party Payment Processors

  • All payments are processed through third-party payment processors.

  • SureTrustPay is not responsible for failures, delays, or errors caused by third-party processors.

  • You agree to comply with the terms and policies of any third-party service providers used in connection with SureTrustPay.

6. Fees & Charges

  • Certain services may be subject to fees.

  • All applicable fees will be disclosed before a transaction is completed.

  • Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

SureTrustPay reserves the right to modify fees with prior notice.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use SureTrustPay for:

  • Fraud, money laundering, terrorism financing, or other illegal activities

  • Unauthorized or deceptive transactions

9. Account Suspension & Termination

  • Required KYC documentation is not provided or becomes invalid

  • Your activities pose legal, financial, or reputational risk

Upon termination, access to Services will cease immediately.
